Ok so I have been pushing this website for a couple of weeks now, but it really is something special. I found BodyRock TV while searching for something else and I really took to it. The trainers are really personable, the workouts are short but varied and they kick your behind! Most range from 15-45 minutes and let me tell you, by the end of it you are dripping with sweat. Here's what I'm telling you. They started a new 30-day program for conditioning and fat loss to prep for summer and they have included some yoga in there too! They work the entire body with cardio, strength building and flexibility all for free! Some workout's need equipment, but they will either modify the movement for bodyweight only, or I have found ways with the equipment that I already have. It's a great way to supplement from home as well as going to the gym. Let me tell you, just in the last 2 weeks I have noticed a leaner stomach!
