I was perusing the internet one day and stumbled across an interesting blog. She is a fit living expert, author and healthy living spokesperson and she also works with ExerciseTV. My most favorite at home workout channel. I was trying to figure out a way to incorporate more calorie burning on days when I am just sitting at my office. So when I clicked on her blog and saw that she had "Daily 100" workouts that you can do at work, I thought that I would take her cue, and come up with my own mini at work supplemental workout. You can see how to do all of these exercises on her blog quickiechick.com. I mix it up on a daily basis, and on who's around (I don't want to look silly in front of my coworkers)
Single Leg Lifts - 10 pulses each leg 10 times
Upper Body Spinning - 100 seconds (forward and backward)
Stand Up/Sit Down - 100 Times
Butt Squeezes - 10 seconds for 10 minutes
Releves - 100 Times
Shadow Boxing - 100 Times
Seated Side Crunch - 100 Times
Bounce & Circle - 100 Times each arm
Speed Boxing - 60 seconds (forward and backward)
Cross Punch - 50 times
I feel a little breathy after some so I know that they work. Give em a try!
